Welcome to PlayWins. These Terms and Conditions ("User Agreement") govern your use of our website, our games and all services offered under the Play Wins brand. By registering an account, completing PlayWins login, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. Our Licence and Regulation

We are licensed and regulated exclusively by the UK Gambling Commission. Anakatech Interactive Limited holds a Remote Casino Operating Licence and Remote General Betting Standard (Real Events) Licence, account number 48789, licence number 000-048789-R-327402-013, first issued on 23 November 2017 and last updated 17 October 2025. Currency and Payments

Withdrawals

We operate a closed-loop withdrawal policy: your withdrawal must be returned via the same method you used to deposit. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may apply its own charges. Once submitted or approved, a withdrawal cannot be reversed.

First-time withdrawals always require identity verification, and any withdrawal over £1,000 may require additional checks including proof of source of funds and wealth.

We always require your Cash Balance to be played first before any Bonus Balance is unlocked, and withdrawing your Cash Balance while a bonus is active will forfeit that bonus and its winnings. We reserve the right to void bonuses and close accounts where we detect irregular playing patterns, including hedging, low-margin betting or bonus-feature build-up strategies.
